Did you know that during pregnancy the mammary gland (breast) secretes milk aka - colostrum. Through hand/expression it can be collected and fed to your baby.

Start by learning hand expression. The most common time to begin collecting colostrum during pregnancy is closer to 36 weeks.

I really believe in this.

You’re right, a lot of things would change if we didn’t have such an ease for accessing the very things that make us sick (to***co, alcohol, va**ng etc)

Imagine how healthy our society would be if we prioritized maternal & infant health? Imagine waking up, knowing there was beautiful, big buildings equipped with

⭐️ breast & bottle feeding and pumping guidance
⭐️ human milk before overpriced formulas
⭐️ body workers for mama and baby
⭐️ medical care that’s here for us
⭐️ maternal mental health services

why do we have it so wrong?

We need a shift. We need to close the gaps, we need better systems, and for better places to exist for easy access to maternal & baby health care
