🌟 Summersides Retirement Community Just Reached a Major Milestone! 🌟

Our waiting list has officially topped 500 people! We are completely blown away by the response and the interest in becoming part of our new community. For those of you who have referred friends and relatives—thank you! Knowing you want to share us with your loved ones means the world to us.

We’ve learned that while many of you are eager to make the move as soon as possible, others are perfectly content and not planning to join us for a few more years. By having such a diverse timeline within our 500 future neighbours, we are expecting to be able to accommodate everyone on the list as both the Retirement Residence and the Seniors Apartments come online.

Reaching 500 isn’t just a number; it’s 500 people we get to welcome into a wonderful new community. We’re so grateful to have you with us on this journey.

We’re excited to share continued progress on-site at Summersides Retirement Residence in Fonthill.

Foundation work is nearing completion.
Structural steel installation has begun in the north and east basement areas, an exciting milestone as the building begins to take shape.
The swimming pool walls are now complete, and backfilling is progressing alongside the foundation work.

Every milestone brings us closer to delivering a thoughtfully designed residence where comfort, care, and community come together. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building something truly special.
