🎃👻 What a fantastic time we had at the Trunk or Treat event held at the Fort Frances Public Library Technology Centre!

Members of the Rainy River District & Communities Substance Use and Mental Health Team enjoyed connecting with everyone and seeing all the incredible costumes.
