Prenatal breastfeeding class schedules are available on JaneApp from January to April, with the first session scheduled for January 31.

Teresa is a Registered Nurse who has completed extra certifications in Breastfeeding support (IBCLC) as well as Holistic Nurse Coaching (CCHNC-C) and BodyTalk (CBP). With this varied background Teresa's approach to health and care can be as varied as the clients she supports across the lifespan.

A little bit about me.

As a Registered Nurse I use nursing diagnosis to guide my practice. One such NANDA diagnosis is for a "disturbed energy field". Per google AI "The nursing diagnosis "Disturbed Energy Field" refers to a disruption in the flow of energy surrounding a person, leading to disharmony in the body, mind, or spirit. This disruption can manifest in various ways, including pain, fatigue, stress, and other symptoms. Nurses can utilize energy-based therapies, such as Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and Healing Touch, to help restore balance and promote healing."

I have completed Reiki level 1 with a couple different facilitators. But BodyTalk has been the modality which resonates the strongest with me. By using a process which accesses both my left and right brain I tune into your bodies priorities to optimize communication between body parts, systems, and cells and work towards balance and optimal body, mind and spirit health. Using principals of quantum physics and reflecting the emerging evidence in the field of neuropsychoendocrinology this modality is a fascinating complementary health care toolkit.
