I am a very curious person, and over the last few month's I've kind of delved into hormones, nutrition, digestive health.
I work with so many people who are struggling in their digestion. They are bloated, in pain, constipated, they don't feel good.
Bowen Therapy does help, but I have seen in my own experience watching my husband go through the same issue as many of the people I work with.
Swollen, sore stomach. Really uncomfortable. Feeling nauseated and just sick at the end of the day.
I happened to rewatch some older videos of Dr Rahim on Youtube explaining digestion to people.
He almost ALWAYS suggests they take Hydrochloric Acid for all the undigested food in people's bodies.
So I experimented with my husband...he is always so willing to be my guinea pig, haha!
He takes 2 Hydrochloric Acid capsules with each meal, breakfast, lunch, and supper.
It's made a pretty big difference for him in a couple of days doing this.
Why would Hydrochloric Acid be an issue?
Its your first defence against pathogens, and helps break your food up better for the next phase of digestion.
If the pathogens are allowed in, it causes problems.
If your body can't break your food down, it can cause a complete back up in your intestines and then the food will just sit there and ferment which will cause gas, bloating, and feeling YUCK.
The food just sitting there will also cause inflammation, which can cause you further pain and discomfort.
If your body isn't producing enough due to stress, medications and other issues preventing your body from making enough, then supplementing is a good way to go.
I've even noticed a difference for myself, and I don't actually need to take it with every meal.
Bowen Therapy will help move things along, but Bowen Therapy along with taking Hydrochloric Acid has been a pretty big game changer for my husband and it's a really small, easy change to make.
