Pride Month is just around the corner, and we’re kicking things off with a special community class full of movement, music, joy, and connection 💛

Join Leah for a playful, high-energy themed flow featuring iconic tracks, feel-good movement, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone belongs. June’s theme is all about PRIDE — expect great music, laughter, self-expression, and a chance to move together in community.

We’re also excited to share that all net profits from this class will be donated to the Sunshine Coast Pride Society , a local organization dedicated to creating inclusive, supportive, and celebratory spaces for the 2SLGBTQAI+ community on the Sunshine Coast. We deeply love and support their mission and are grateful for the work they do in our community year-round 🌈

Come dressed for the theme if you’d like, bring a friend, and help us welcome Pride Month together.
Cost: $40 for drop-in, 50% off for members.

Seaside Soul Days at Rockwater 🌊

Three chances this summer to step away, slow down, and reset by the ocean.

✨ July 10 – Radiate (with Melissa Enyedy .and.honey )
✨ August 14 – Golden (with Chelsea )

Each retreat begins with a morning outdoor yoga class overlooking the ocean (9:00–10:30am), followed by refreshments from the resort. From there, the day is yours — lounge by the pool, kayak along the coastline, or simply rest and take in the views. It’s a gentle, spacious experience designed to help you feel grounded, recharged, and connected.

Limited to just 12 spots per retreat for an intimate, supportive atmosphere.

We’ve extended early bird pricing for Kirtan with Shell & Anton until May 10.

Join us for a special evening of music, connection, and community.

Step into a warm, welcoming space and discover the heart-opening practice of kirtan with Shell & Anton. This simple, joyful form of group meditation blends live music with call-and-response chanting. No singing experience needed, just a willingness to listen, repeat, and be part of the shared sound.

There’s no pressure to perform. We repeat the mantras to express, not to impress.

With the gentle guidance of harmonium and drum, Shell & Anton will lead us through each mantra at a relaxed pace, sharing meaning and intention along the way. You’re always welcome to join in, listen quietly, move, or simply soak in the atmosphere.

Whether you’re new or returning, this is a space to unwind, connect, and feel the uplifting power of chanting together.

Come as you are, your voice and your presence are enough.
