Over the next 30 days, you'll experience the power of being as you nurture yourself through a daily meditation practice.

Many of this month's meditations are just 10–15 minutes in length, making it easy to fit them into your day. You'll experience a variety of themes designed to help you cultivate more calm, peace, balance, and ease in your daily life.

I encourage you to step into this journey with an open heart and a commitment to yourself to set aside just a few minutes each day.

When you commit to the practice, you open the door for the messages within these meditations to settle deeply into the safe and sacred space of your heart and soul.

Less Stress, More Ease is a 30-day series of heart-centered meditations created to help you slow down, calm the mind, reconnect with yourself, and bring more peace and balance into your daily life.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, anxious, or stretched too thin, this journey is here to support you.

Many of the meditations are just 10–15 minutes long, making it easier to create a supportive daily practice that fits into real life.

Hi Everyone,

I’m posting today from my home on Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick, Canada, to share a special opportunity with you.

Later this summer, from August 7–10, 2026, our island will be hosting a Harp & Wellness Festival... a beautiful gathering centred around healing, connection, music, and self-care.

The festival will feature the soothing music of professional harpist and musician Johanne McInnis, along with workshops, speakers, and holistic treatments throughout the weekend.

I’m excited to share that I will be one of four practitioners offering treatments during the festival. Together, we’ll be offering experiences such as reflexology, chair massage, vibrational therapy using tuning forks and chromotherapy light, Japanese head spa, lymphatic drainage massage, Indian head massage, acupuncture, and more.

I’m so excited to be part of this festival, and I wanted you to be among the very first to know before the official public announcement goes out.

There will be limited spots available, and I truly feel this gathering has the potential to be something very special. For those who choose to come, there will be opportunities to meet new friends, receive nurturing care and healing, and experience personal growth in a peaceful and supportive environment.

And of course, there is also the beauty of this island itself… the rugged cliffs, eagles, seals, ocean views, quiet beaches, and the feeling of freedom and peace that so many people experience simply by being here.

Today as I was meditating and journalling... I felt compelled to write down these words.

I wanted to share them with you with the hope that you will receive them as encouragement and support for your body, mind, and spirit today. 🌸

Keep the faith.

Be in your heart, your loving and wise heart.

Everything that you are seeking is already within you.

Release the old beliefs of limitation and lack.

Be open to infinite possibilities.

Take good care of your health.

Be kind to your body.

Send love and light to the parts of your body that need extra support.

Compassion for yourself is needed.

You are doing your best to navigate this human life.

You have always done your best with the information that you have had.

Life is full of ups and downs, and that's the way it was meant to be.

You've had such a wide range of experiences that have shaped you into the empathetic person you have become.

And you will always be becoming more of your true self as you continue to experience, to heal, to love, to learn, to grow.

For today, it is enough to simply be aware of your emotions, your feelings, how your body is feeling, how your mind is feeling.

Simply be aware.

Be present.

And be kind to yourself, just as you are.

And then, look beyond yourself and notice at least ten things that you are willing to feel gratitude about.

Gratitude is a great way to lift our spirits and bring us into a higher frequency of love and light.

My closing wish for you today...

May you experience love, healing, and gratitude.
