I had a 2hr Eco Art Therapy session today with a client.

Adding sunshine + fresh air + physical exercise on to therapeutic art making is so delightfully healing and beneficial.

10/10 would recommend.

I’ve officially received my Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying designation 🙌

I have 5 more weeks of student art therapy sessions to go, and my spots are all booked up.

I’ll be accepting a few new clients starting June 22nd! It will be at the full-rate, but covered by most health benefits ✨

P.S. These are my creations. I never post art therapy client artwork anywhere. It’s as personal and confidential as the things we talk about in sessions. 🤐
