, weekend, and week-long retreats offer people opportunities to delve lightly or deeply into the teachings. I like to combine different modalities so that what is offered is unique and diverse. For example, a workshop on chakra yoga may include asana, meditation, sound work, and expressive arts. This way, people can experience one theme in many different ways. Breathe True Yoga also offers private sessions in chakra numerology, sound healing, and expressive arts.
