🎯I hold seven different degrees and I am always learning how best to support my clients.
🎯With my background in nutrition and lifestyle research, I love sharing, how best to support your body and importantly your mind through the menopause transition and beyond, to age well!
🎯I help clients of all ages, but I’m particularly focused on women over 40 who are challenged with how menopause changes their lives.
