Our presenter this year is Laurie Di Giulio. Laurie will be speaking on a topic that is relevant to 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men and affects both young and old: pelvic health and specifically how to address incontinence in your programs as a fitness instructor. Learn what exercises you should include and what may be contraindicated in this interactive and dynamic presentation.

Exploring the Efficacy of Palpation - FREE CE EVENT

The very gracious and experienced body builder and coach, Dana Baker, will be ONE DAY post East Coast Championships and will be donating his body to help us explore the topic of palpation. This will be an informal gathering where we can have fun exploring how accurate our palpation skills are, and what influences anatomical uniqueness has on our ability to "trust our hands." Dana will share his experience with the sport of body building and the critical role that massage and other manual therapy has on his career. The floor will be open to whatever else the group would like to talk about and share.

All manual therapists, movement pros and students are welcome to join. I will draw something up for you to use to self-submit for CEs to your respective regulatory bodies. Will you be joining us?
