Kathleen has worked with us for a while now and I want to take this opportunity to reintroduce her practice. Kathleen is an advocate for safer spaces and in particular works with women (and all genders) with chronic pain and chronic health conditions. As a person with lived experience she has been there and had to navigate the system for herself. Kathleen is a great example of fierce self-leadership and she is an example of how we as counsellors and therapists

We’re excited to announce the return of our tiered payment plan available until May 2025! 💛 Whether you’re a student, a community member, or someone seeking support, we’re here to make therapy accessible.

Here’s how it works:
👉 Full Fee: $80/hr (for those gainfully employed or with benefits).
👉 Sliding Scale: $45–$79/hr (for those who need a more affordable option).
👉 Pro Bono: Free sessions for individuals making under $20K/year, those on ODSP or OW, BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ community members in need of accessible care.
