Title: Registered Physiotherapist – Part-Time/Full-Time, with Maternity Leave Coverage in 2027
ALTA Spine & Sports Therapy is seeking a physiotherapist to join our team!
ALTA is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our talented, multidisciplinary team of evidence-based practitioners. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and motivated practitioner who is hoping to build their practice and thrive in a friendly, welcoming and inter-referral based environment. (New Grads are Welcome!)
About This Opportunity
Our clinic is busy and growing, and we need another physiotherapist now to help meet patient demand. This role also includes covering a full year of maternity leave for one of our physiotherapists starting in [month] 2027. She has a very busy, well-established caseload, so this is an excellent opportunity to step into a full schedule and grow your practice quickly with the support of our team. [Optional: There is potential for the position to continue after the leave ends.]

ALTA Spine & Sports Therapy is a brand new, modern, multidisciplinary clinic located in the heart of Waterdown. We are a team of allied healthcare professionals looking to provide the Waterdown community with supportive, wellness-based care that prioritizes a thorough assessment, pain relief, optimal performance care and long-lasting results. Our mission is to provide patient-centered care to our patients and help them continue to do the things they love and value most. We use a multimodal care approach including patient education, hands-on/manual techniques, pain relief modalities and exercise prescription. We strive to establish a warm and welcoming environment with an emphasis on wellness, patient empowerment, teamwork and providing exceptional care to each and every one of our patients.
Our clinic is centrally located in a very busy, high-traffic area. It is in a plaza with easy access and unlimited free parking. Our new clinic is beautifully renovated with modern, state-of-the-art equipment, and we use an EMR system with online booking.
Required Qualifications:
* Must have Personal Liability Insurance
* Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
* Ability to work independently (independent contractor)
* Maintain complete and accurate patient records
* Committed and dedicated to providing patients with exceptional care and service
* Reliable, dependable team player who is committed to ongoing education and improving clinical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, welcoming and likes to have fun

*Note: Therapists are to provide their own tools, lotions, etc. outside of what we provide.*
**Available Schedule:**
* 4–5 hour shifts (or longer)
* Day shifts
* Evening shifts
* Additional hours available during the maternity leave coverage period
