IT’S RACE WEEK for the Hyrox-ers competing in Ottawa this weekend! 🏁💪🏼

an .physio recently hosted an incredible Half-Rox sim to prep those competing in the upcoming Hyrox event in Ottawa! A lot of our ALTA athletes competed! It was an amazing turn out for a great cause, raising awareness about brain cancer in honour of Karli’s Mom ❤️🙏🏻.

If you’re in need of a “pre race tune up”, we have chiropractic and massage availability this week! Adjustments, soft tissue therapy, fascial stretching, cupping, acu, normatec compression pants and more!

I’m back!!🤍✨

I’m so excited to be returning to ALTA Spine & Sports Therapy starting Thursday, April 9!🤩🥳

I’ll be easing back in with Thursdays from 9:30–12:30 to start, and will gradually expand my hours as I transition back from maternity leave.

At this time, I’ll be seeing existing patients only to ensure continuity of care, with plans to open availability for new patients as my schedule grows.

Our incredible Office Manager at ALTA!

Stacy is an integral part of our clinic and often the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors! Her calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine care help ensure every patient feels supported from day one! 🙏🏻

She is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, with a strong foundation in holistic wellness, and brings a thoughtful, whole-person approach to everything she does.

With a background as a law clerk, Stacy has an exceptional eye for detail and organization, qualities that keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.👍🏻

Outside of ALTA, she’s an avid historical-fiction reader, a dedicated gardener who finds joy in time outdoors, and a proud basketball mom to two girls, always ready to step out of her quiet nature to cheer them on from the sidelines 🏀🌿

We are incredibly thankful for Stacy and the care, professionalism, and heart she brings to ALTA every day!
