My guest, Michelle Nermerich, shares a story that covers a lot of ground: growing up with German heritage and being bullied for it, living with dyslexia that was not diagnosed until the end of high school, experiencing family silence around childhood sexual assault, changing careers after a serious car accident, and later leaving a 22-year relationship that had become controlling and abusive.

She also speaks about fibromyalgia, medication, brain fog, allergies connected to working as an aesthetician, workplace sexual harassment, and the different ways she began learning how to care for her body again.

Michelle’s tools include aromatherapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, sound healing, tuning forks, movement, strength training and neurohealth practices.
