Amber is an experienced Registered Social Service Worker, Case Manager and Counsellor specializing in mental health and addictions. Grounded in trauma-informed practice, harm reduction, and client-centered care, she supports individuals facing complex personal and systemic challenges with compassion and strong advocacy.

She provides comprehensive case management—including assessment, crisis support, and treatment planning—while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams. Her counselling approach draws from DBT-informed strategies, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based methods to build resilience and support meaningful, sustainable change.

Amber has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by substance use, concurrent disorders, psychosis, and housing instability, as well as those involved in healthcare and justice systems. Committed to ongoing learning and equitable care, she works to reduce barriers and create safe, inclusive environments that support healing and long-term wellness.

Kristina is a Registered Social Service Worker and experienced Addictions and Mental Health Counsellor with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. She has worked extensively with individuals facing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns. Kristina draws on evidence-informed therapeutic approaches to help clients build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.

Known for her warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative style, Kristina is dedicated to creating a safe therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
