Can we normalize women changing their minds?

Seriously.

When did changing your mind become something to feel guilty about?

Why do so many women feel like once they’ve said yes, they have to follow through no matter what?

Even when they’re exhausted.
Even when their priorities have changed.
Even when they no longer have the time, energy, or desire.

So many of us have been taught that being a “good woman” means being accommodating, available, and willing to put everyone else’s needs ahead of our own.

And because of that, changing our minds can feel selfish.

But what if it isn’t?

What if changing your mind simply means you’ve checked in with yourself?

What if it means you’ve recognized that something no longer aligns with your needs, your values, or your capacity?

Changing your mind doesn’t make you flaky.
It doesn’t make you unreliable.
It doesn’t make you a bad person.

Sometimes it means you’re growing.
Sometimes it means you’ve gained new information.
And sometimes it simply means you’re finally listening to yourself.

I think more women need permission to do that.

Because every time you honor your needs, you’re sending yourself a powerful message:

✨ My needs matter too.

Have you ever felt guilty for changing your mind? I’d love to hear your thoughts. 💖

How much of your life have you spent trying to earn your worth?

Maybe by being productive enough.

Maybe by being successful enough.

Maybe by being helpful, accommodating, or putting everyone else’s needs before your own.

For many women, worth becomes something we’re constantly chasing.

We tell ourselves that once we achieve more, do more, give more, or become more, then we’ll finally feel enough.

But what if we’ve been asking the wrong question all along?

What if your worth was never something you had to earn?

What if it wasn’t hidden inside your accomplishments, your job title, your bank account, your relationship status, or how much you do for everyone else?

What if your worth was something you were born with?

Something that has always been there.

Something you simply forgot.

The women I work with often discover that confidence, self-trust, and empowerment don’t come from proving themselves.

They come from remembering who they are.

And that changes everything. ✨💖

I’d love to know…

When do you think you first started believing you had to earn your worth?

I have decided to give my ego a new name… The Grumble Goblin. 👹💭

You know the one. It’s that little voice that pops up when you’re about to do something brave:
✨ “You’re not good enough.”
✨ “What if you fail?”
✨ “What will people think?”
✨ “Who do you think you are?”

For a long time, I treated those thoughts as if they were facts. But the truth is, they’re often just old fears, limiting beliefs, and stories we’ve carried for years.

So now, when that voice shows up, I imagine my little Grumble Goblin stomping around, grumbling about change because change feels uncomfortable. And honestly? It makes me laugh.

Because the moment I stop taking those thoughts so seriously, they lose their power over me.

I don’t need to argue with my Grumble Goblin or make it disappear. I can simply acknowledge it, thank it for trying to keep me safe, and then choose to listen to something wiser… my intuition.

Your fears are not who you are. Your limiting beliefs are not your truth. And just because your Grumble Goblin has an opinion doesn’t mean it gets to make your life decisions.

Maybe today is the day you stop letting your Grumble Goblin drive and start trusting yourself instead. 💖✨

I have a question for you…

How often do you actually ask yourself:

“What do I want?”

Not what you want for dinner.
Not what you want to watch on Netflix.
Not what you want to buy.

But what do you truly want from your life?

What would make you happy?

What would bring you more peace, more joy, more fulfillment?

So many women spend years taking care of everyone else’s needs, meeting everyone else’s expectations, and living according to what they think they should do.

That somewhere along the way, they stop asking themselves what they actually want.

And yet that simple question can change everything.

Because when you start listening to yourself, you begin reconnecting with who you are.

You gain clarity.
You build confidence.
You strengthen your self-trust.
And you start creating a life that feels aligned with you, instead of a life built around everyone else’s expectations.

Maybe today is a good day to pause and ask yourself:

✨ What do I want?

The answer might surprise you. 💖

One of the biggest misconceptions about intuition is that it’s supposed to tell you what to do.

It’s not.

Your intuition isn’t here to control your life, make your decisions for you, or take away your free will.

It’s here to support you.

To help you find clarity when you’re feeling overwhelmed.

To help you recognize when something aligns with who you are and what you truly want.

To help you build confidence in yourself instead of constantly searching for answers outside of yourself.

To remind you of your worth when fear, doubt, or other people’s opinions start getting loud.

At the end of the day, your intuition isn’t about giving your power away.

It’s about helping you reconnect with the power that has always been yours.

Because the more you trust yourself, the more confident, empowered, and aligned you become. ✨💖

What is one way you’ve learned to trust yourself more over the years?

I had a realization recently…

You don’t like everyone you meet.

There are people whose personalities don’t resonate with you.
There are content creators you don’t follow.
There are movies you don’t enjoy.
There are opinions you don’t agree with.

And that’s completely normal.

So why do so many of us expect everyone to like us?

Why do we make it mean something is wrong with us when someone disagrees with our choices, doesn’t understand our dreams, or simply doesn’t connect with who we are?

The truth is, not being everyone’s cup of tea isn’t a character flaw.

It’s a part of being human.

The problem starts when we begin changing ourselves to earn approval.

When we stay quiet instead of speaking up.
When we shrink ourselves to make others comfortable.
When we abandon what we truly want because we’re afraid of being judged.

Confidence isn’t built by getting everyone to like you.

Confidence is built when you can be yourself, knowing some people will love it, some people won’t, and neither determines your worth.

You don’t need everyone’s approval to create a life you love.

You only need your own. ✨💖

Have you ever caught yourself worrying about what other people might think?

🎙️ NEW EPISODE: You Don't Need Permission

How much of your life have you spent waiting for permission?

Permission to start the business.
Permission to change careers.
Permission to rest.
Permission to speak your truth.
Permission to pursue the dream that won't leave you alone.

The truth is, many women don't even realize they're waiting for permission. We call it being realistic. Responsible. Making sure everyone else is taken care of first.

But what if waiting for permission is actually keeping you disconnected from your confidence, your power, and the life you truly want?

In this powerful episode of And She Remembers, we're talking about:
✨ Why women are conditioned to seek approval
✨ The hidden ways permission shows up in everyday life
✨ How waiting for permission impacts confidence and self-trust
✨ Why confidence grows through action, not before it
✨ How to start choosing yourself without apology

This conversation is honest, empowering, and may just help you recognize where you've been handing your power away without even realizing it.

Because your voice matters.
Your desires matter.
Your dreams matter.

And nobody is coming to hand you permission to become who you were meant to be.
