🌮👩‍🍳 Today in Cooking class with Heather, we created the Best Cowboy Nachos! Layered perfection with nacho chips, beans, vegan shredded chicken, salsa, and cheese…it was like a Mexican lasagna! Heather really nailed the art of layering and spreading the ingredients gently. I’m so proud of her progress and all the effort she’s put in to elevate her cooking skills! Keep it up, Heather! 🤠 🙌❤️
