FLOURISH: this is ’s word of the year.

Petter Mørck, the founder of Arbonne, wanted to create a company where people could flourish. 40 years later, there are thousands of us doing exactly that.

What does it mean to flourish with Arbonne? I had so many misconceptions about this company before I began. The ideal of “sales” intimidated me.

I never saw myself joining a direct sales company. I thought I was being fed lies when people told me they loved their jobs with various MLMs. I had seen friends try and quit. I assumed the products were “gimmicky” and were not as good as the consultants promised. After all, I *knew* (or thought I knew) they only cared about making a sale.

Fast forward to what I know now:

To flourish is NOT about meeting sales quotas.

I have joined a network full of inspiring women and men.

We have a monthly book club where we read about self growth and discuss what we have learned and how we are implementing it in to our lives.

Our training session are NOT about how to sucker people in to buying cheap products 🤣

Our training focuses on how we can level up as humans. Be more authentic, be more confident, practice gratitude and kindness. To create good habits and to set goals. To serve other people!

The Mercedes is a great perk. The paycheques are also a great perk. The product discounts are a great perk (and yes, I genuinely stand behind our products- they have done amazing things for me!)

However, the community though- that is where you really begin to flourish.

The personal growth I have experienced in the few months I have been with Arbonne is invaluable.

I am really proud of who I am, and I am excited to see who I am becoming!
