She’s trained in concussion management, vestibular rehab, breast cancer rehab, and dry needling, and she’s passionate about helping you move with confidence, whether that’s in the garden, at work, or on the ice.

(Also physically incapable of walking past a dog without saying hi. Same.)

Meet Dr. Paula Landgraf Degelman, our newest Chiropractor!

She spent over two decades practicing in Saskatchewan before moving to the Okanagan, originally planning to retire.

Retirement didn’t stick. Her passion for patient care pulled her right back into practice, and we’re lucky it did!

Dr. Paula holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic and has trained in cold laser therapy, nutritional counselling, peptide counselling, and trauma-informed care.

She treats the whole person, not just the spot that hurts.
