So our beach walk and yoga was a bit misty Friday but amazing. Next Friday August 7 we will do the walk again from the Cavendish beach campground parking lot. 9a.m.

This Friday 9 am we are walking on the beach at Cavendish from the campground out along the dunes to the west. We will do yoga and then return about 10:30. Meet at the parking lot in the campground - arrow on the map points to the location next to site C1. Bring a towel, water and a hat!
