If you have ever been curious about my classes and wondered what makes them unique, summer is the perfect time to explore.
Each class is thoughtfully created by blending Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa yoga with elements of Chinese Medicine, myofascial release, nervous system support, breathwork, and mindfulness. No two classes are exactly the same....well maybe except one thing - laughter which seems to be a constant in my classes. :)
It has a way of bubbling up naturally whether it's me searching for the right words, accidentally saying them in the wrong order, or the priceless facial expressions that appear when I'm cueing a new movement. We share plenty of smiles along the way, and I truly believe laughter is some of the best medicine.
