Excited for another month in the Dome!

We are continuing with the payment for classes being sent 24hrs before class is scheduled! Thank you for all of your messages and letting me know if you are unable attend class.

One new class on the schedule! A modified version of Ashtanga Primary Series. This is a strong class with a set sequence of poses. Great for strength and linking movement and breath!

Can’t wait to see you all in the Dome!

Community Kirtan is a devotional practice of call-and-response mantra chanting, where voices rise together in harmony, and presence. This gathering is by donation and open to all. An invitation to share your voice, soften into the heart, and find beautiful connection with yourself, community, and the sacred.

Tuesday 7 PM The Weekly Shift

The Weekly Shift is a dynamic, ever-evolving yoga practice designed to keep your body and mind engaged. Each week, we’ll spotlight a different area of the body and build toward a peak pose, blending strength, mobility, and mindful flow. Expect creative sequencing, focused alignment tips, and a balance of challenge and release to help you progress in your practice. Come each week to explore something new, deepen your skills, and leave feeling stronger, more open, and inspired.

Sundays 7 PM

Align & Unwind

Unwind & Align is a deeply restorative Sunday Practice designed to release tension, improve circulation, and reset your body for the week ahead. This 90 Min class blends gentle Yin Yoga for the whole body, self massage techniques and lymphatic drainage to encourage detoxification and healing from the inside out. Guided breath work weaves throughout the practice helping you to drop into stillness, reduce stress, and leave feeling lighter, balanced and deeply aligned.

Please note booking will go straight through the Jane.App and no longer the Website.

Monthly Schedules will be posted on Facebook and Instagram.

Come enjoy the cozy vibe in the Dome as things start to cool off. Enjoy a moment in time to find stillness and find YOURSELF in the moment. A time for you to come home to you, witness yourself and flow through all that each practice has to offer. Yoga has so much to offer come find out what’s waiting for you on the mat.
