🌱 Seeds of Sound is a gentle, hands-on introduction to the magic of sound healing.
In this 3 hour workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of sound as medicine. Discovering how vibration, frequency and intention create profound harmony within body and spirit.
Together we will:
✨ Learn the basics of sound healing and energetic resonance
✨ Explore and play with crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments
✨ Invite connection, curiosity, and inner stillness
✨ Begin cultivating your own sound healing practice
