Put your left hand over your heart💚, right hand to your stomach🧡.
Take a deep & full inhale through your nose.
Release your breath through your mouth.🌬
With each breath in, feel your belly being filled and expanding with air beneath your touch.🌀
Feeling the warmth of life force energy being created in your lungs and stomach, and beginning to feel this current circulating throughout your entire body.🔥
🕯Set the intention to be filled with and receive whatever it is you are needing for your purest and highest being; whether mental, emotional, physical, energetic, or a combination of all-- , knowing you do not need to be aware of what you are needing/receiving. Find stillness.🕊
Remembering that it is your divine right to be conscious of, and in your wholeness throughout every single moment and emotion, no matter how chaotic or dark. Remembering that you are held. Always🖤🫶🏼
Feeling lightness, groundedness, and/or confidence, ready to move throughout your day with much more intention, purpose and aliveness✨️
