Hey! It's me! I'm here!!
After 25 wonderful years of practicing chiropractic, I am writing to share some bittersweet news. I have made the decision to retire from chiropractic practice, effective June30, 2025.
This was not an easy choice, as working with each of you has been one of the greatest honors and joys of my life. Your trust, stories, healing journeys, and continued support have meant more to me than I can say.
That said, I’m excited to let you know that I’m not stepping away entirely! While I’ll no longer be offering chiropractic adjustments, I will continue to provide massage therapy – in the form of Rapid-NFR. Hands-on healing has always been at the core of my work, and I’m grateful to still offer this avenue of care and connection.
Whether you’ve come in for back pain, injury recovery, wellness maintenance, or just a little self-care, I thank you for allowing me to be part of your health journey.
It’s been an incredible chapter in my life, and I look forward to what’s next —with a continued focus on Rapid-NFR and holistic well-being.
The Rapid-NFR practice has moved - one door down the hall, to Suite 220.
Here's the full address:

My commitment to your wellness remains strong, just in a slightly different form.
With heartfelt gratitude,
~Helen
