These trees stopped me in my tracks.
Roots like old stories, branches that have seen a lot of life. Trees like this are more than scenery. They remind us we can be soft and strong at the same time, and that it’s okay to be a little wild and a little worn.

Some people go to the city to recharge. I find a big old tree, pull a few cards, and call it a good day.

Australia cracked my heart wide open in the best possible way.

I said yes to the tourist moments.
Yes to new ink on my arm, honouring a lifelong, important friendship.
Yes to ghost tours and late‑night laughter.
Yes to driving on the “wrong” side of the road.

This was a season of finding myself again. Life hasn’t stopped throwing curveballs. It probably never will. But somewhere between the jet lag, the tears, and the ocean air, I realized I don’t have to wait for things to calm down before I start living.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take a chance on yourself, this is it.

Bondi Beach, bare feet, wild hair, salt on my skin.

I didn’t come here for some big spiritual breakthrough. I just needed to remember what it feels like to land back in my own body for a minute.

Grounding, for me, is a reset. Letting a place like this hold some of the weight I’ve been dragging around for years, the stuff I only notice when I stop moving.

You don’t need the right words or a perfect practice. You just need that one honest moment where your feet touch the earth, your shoulders drop half an inch, and your whole system whispers, “Okay. We made it.”
