Everyone loves the idea of being a Doula until they realize how heavy this work can be.

This isn’t just birth support. It’s advocacy, it’s witnessing, it’s holding people through some of the most vulnerable (and sometimes traumatic) moments of their lives.

It’s fighting systems, pouring from your own cup, and still showing up with everything you’ve got.

And somehow… it’s still worth it. 🤍

Your body is not separate parts doing separate things
It is one connected system and your ovaries are part of that conversation in a much bigger way than we were ever taught

Your nervous system
your hormones
your stress
your cycle

They are all talking to each other all the time

And honestly when you start to see your body this way things start to click in a completely different way
You stop fighting your body and start understanding it

This is something I’m really passionate about as a doula because I see how much changes when people feel connected to what their body is doing instead of confused by it

2026 books are finallyyyyy open 🥹🤍

I’m a little late posting this because life lol, but my April to December 2026 due dates are officially open open.

I cap my months at 1 to 2 clients so I can truly pour into each family. No overbooking, no divided attention. I do not believe in overbooking and under delivering. When I am with you, I am fully with you.

If you’re expecting in 2026 and want a doula who feels more like a calm, familiar presence than a stranger in the room, I would love to chat.

Three years ago, my world cracked open in ways I never expected.

This week is my traumaversary, and instead of pushing through it, I’m slowing down to reflect on the distance between who I was then and who I am now.

Healing looks like rest. Growth looks like boundaries. And survival looks like choosing yourself again and again. Proud of how far I’ve come.

Leaving a lot behind in 2025.
The “what ifs” that kept me quiet, small, or second-guessing myself.

What if I’m too young.
What if they don’t take me seriously.
What if people find out I have a disability.
What if they don’t understand my story.

I’m done letting fear decide whether I show up.
Done shrinking myself to make others comfortable.
Done waiting until I feel “ready enough.”

2026 is about honesty, growth, and trusting that the right people will listen and the rest were never meant to anyway.
I’m walking forward as I am. Fully. Unapologetically. 💛
