Weight loss and breastfeeding can change both the shape and volume of the breasts. Sometimes, the best results come from a staged approach.

For this patient, Dr. Matic performed a breast augmentation to replace lost volume, followed by a mastopexy (lift) to restore the position and remove excess skin. Performing these procedures separately allows the implant to settle naturally before determining exactly how much skin and tissue should be removed.
