One of the biggest mindset shifts I teach is what I call the 10% Rule. đź’ś
So often we focus on everything we didn’t do.
We didn’t complete the workout.
We didn’t clean the whole house.
We didn’t finish the project.
We didn’t have the perfect day.
But what if we shifted our perspective?
Maybe you didn’t do 100%.
Maybe you did 10%.
Maybe getting out of bed was 10%.
Maybe folding a basket of laundry was 10%.
Maybe going for a short walk was 10%.
Maybe drinking a glass of water was 10%.
Momentum isn’t built by constantly focusing on what’s missing.
Momentum is built by acknowledging what you’ve already done and choosing the next small step from there.
During the reflection portion of the Body Love Workshop at the Bali Retreat, we explored how shifting our perspective can help us build confidence, self-trust, and sustainable momentum in our wellness journey.
Sometimes the smallest action is the one that changes everything.
