Big weekend for , running in the Toronto half-marathon. Ben has been working hard over the last few months training to meet his goal, and so proud to say that despite some pain and illnesses along the way, he did it!!
Training is never linear, and it always takes a team to get you across the finish line. Many times we had conversations around managing load, when to pull back and when to push through. Training, complaining but doing the work anyway, recovering and treatment helped get him to his goal. Join us in congratulating Ben on this achievement! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
