Meet Natalia 👋
Natalia brings a deep, holistic approach to therapy, supporting individuals in understanding the connection between mind, emotions, and lived experience. With over a decade of training and practice in psychotherapy, she works with clients to explore patterns, process emotional challenges, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and empowerment.
Her work integrates Gestalt therapy, CBT-informed approaches, mindfulness, psychosomatic awareness, and neurobiological psychoeducation. This allows her to support clients in uncovering what may be beneath the surface, while building practical tools for self-regulation, insight, and lasting change.
