I'm not particularly skilled or consistent at posting on social media, but at yesterday's class in Nemi where there are over 80 people registered there was one participant who recently celebrated her 91 birthday! Incredible! She’s quite an inspiration. This is why we all need to keep moving. Happy Birthday!
