Thank you so much to everyone who came out on Monday to our event to make cards and learn more about cancer. It was a great success and we loved to see all of the beautiful messages and cards you all made. With your help, we were able to make 41 cards and will be sending them to terminally ill children. We are sure that it will put a smile on their faces and will most certainly make their day :) A huge thank you to Peel Youth Village and their staff for assisting us in hosting our event there!

Hey everyone!

As a part of this month’s cancer research theme, Peel’s YES will be hosting Krafts for Kids to make cards for children who are hospitalized and diagnosed with a terminal illness. Join us from 6:30pm to 8:30pm on Monday June 27th at Peel Youth Village for a chance to give back and educate yourself about cancer. Don’t miss out and bring your peers, friends and siblings! All high school students will receive volunteer hours for attending! Hope to see you all there :)
