Dr. Sing was friendly, relaxed, and did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure itself involved very little pain or discomfort, and my recovery was even easier than I expected - no swelling and virtually no pain afterwards. I was mostly just aware that I needed to be careful and follow the instructions to make sure recovery stayed on track. I never thought I would describe a vasectomy as being close to a non-event, but that is exactly how it ended up feeling. If you are considering Dr. Sing, don’t waste your time stressing about the lead-up - you’re in great hands and it will be over before you know it."

I did a Google search and found Dr Sing and based off the technique he uses and also the reviews I read I knew this is where I wanted to have the procedure done. Dr Sing as well as his staff are very professional and caring. My husband and I were very nervous but the staff answered all our questions and were very compassionate and professional. The instructions before and after the procedure were clear, and the healing process went smoothly, with recovery in about two weeks. The team was responsive to our concerns during recovery. The only downside was that it was often difficult to reach the front desk by phone, although voicemail messages were returned within a couple of days. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care provided and would recommend Dr. Sing for this procedure."

New 5.0-star Review: "I am so happy my husband and I chose this clinic to take our baby for his circumcision. Compared to the experience I had with my first son at a different clinic, they just took him to the back room and did the procedure and gave him back and he was in a lot of pain and crying, but here at gentle procedures with my second baby I could see the difference in the quality of this clinic and the lengths they go to make sure the baby is calm and feeling as little pain as possible. The clinic is clean and professional, the washroom has a change table with a clean mat for the baby. When we went into the operating room they give extra pain medication so baby doesn’t feel anything which I was so happy about and they also give this cute little sugar drop soother for you to hold in baby’s mouth. My son didn’t even cry while Dr. Sing was doing the circumcision which put my husband and I at ease. As I mentioned the place is clean and you just get the vibe they care very much about what they do and making sure baby is comfortable. They have some nice classical music playing in the room too, to help calm the nervous parents. I believe this is also the only clinic that lets you go in the room during the procedure. Dr. Sing was very welcoming and friendly, he answered any questions we had and now our baby’s circumcision is healing very nicely. I would definitely recommend this clinic above all others to everyone! Thank you so much Gentle Procedures 🙏🏻"
