Dr. Sing was very professional and friendly, explaining all steps along the way, and chatting throughout the procedure, which was helpful to release some of the anxiety. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, answering all of my questions and making us feel comfortable. Dr. Roland Sing was friendly and professional, explaining each step before beginning. The procedure itself was so quick, and my baby did so well! He didn’t cry from the procedure at all! We were able to leave right away after the procedure and my baby fell asleep on the car ride home. New 5.0-star Review: "Dr. Sing’s clinic is the best for infant circumcision. Doctor is very professional and calm. His staff is cooperative and friendly. The procedure was smooth for our child. They tell you step by step the to-dos and not-to-dos post-operation. The only improvement I would suggest is that if the clinic’s phone line and emails was more responsive. Whenever I called or left voice mail or emailed, I was never attended. Overall a great experience - highly recommended!!"
