People-centred care is an approach to care that places the person, their values, preferences, needs, and goals at the centre of every decision and interaction. That means seeing the resident as a whole person-not simply a diagnosis or a set of care needs. Our team is working hard to partner with our residents, family/substitute decision-makers, and interprofessional teams to support the resident's quality of life and desired outcomes.
