Most women don’t realize this:
Your gut directly controls your hormones.

Not in a vague “everything is connected” way…
but through very specific biological mechanisms.

Here’s what I see looking at some microbiome test:

H. pylori → Low stomach acid → Low hormones**
This bacteria reduces stomach acid, which means you don’t properly break down protein or absorb minerals like zinc and iron.

Zinc = required for testosterone production
Amino acids = building blocks for all hormones

No absorption = no hormone production.

Parasites → Chronic stress response → Hormone suppression**
When something like *Blastocystis* is present, your immune system is constantly activated.

Your body shifts into survival mode:
prioritizes cortisol
down-regulates estrogen, progesterone, testosterone

Because reproduction is not a priority during “threat.”

Dysbiosis → Toxin load → Hormone disruption**
Overgrowth of certain bacteria produces endotoxins.

These:
increase inflammation
burden the liver
interfere with hormone signaling

Your body literally gets “noisy signals” hormonally.

Low gut immunity (low IgA) → Ongoing infections → burnout pattern**
If your gut immune system is weak, infections don’t clear.

That creates:
chronic low-grade stress
lower cortisol output over time
reduced DHEA and testosterone

This is why so many women feel:
– tired
– flat
– unmotivated
– hormonally “off”

…even when they’re doing everything right.

Because it’s not just hormones. It’s the system behind them.

If you’ve tried to “fix your hormones” and nothing sticks,
this might be the missing piece.

Message me “GUT” and I’ll help you figure out what’s really going on.
