For nearly 70 years, our Government, media, scientists and doctors have advised us to eat the wrong fats âVegetable Oils & Margarinesâ. Vegetable oils are not made from VEGETABLES but extracted from seeds by using chemicals (HEXANEâŠ) which denature the structure of the Oil. Margarines derive from Vegetable Oils which are HYDROGENATED to give them a spreadable texture that resemble BUTTER. For lack of better oil, your body uses these toxic oils to build your cell membranes, tissues and your nerve cellsâŠ
Vegetable Oils & Margarines are SILENT KILLERS, they cause LOW GRADE CHRONIC INFLAMMATION and take decades to deteriorate your cells, tissues and organs leading to a plethora of diseases such as High cholesterol, Diabetes, Cancer, Hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, Chronic Pain, Depression, FatigueâŠand, also cause degenerative diseases - Dementia, Memory Loss, Alzheimerâs, Parkinsonâs.âŠ
The 1st âVegetable Oilâ from cottonseeds was formerly referred to as a toxic waste and used for candle and soap making. Back in 1911 when Procter & Gamble company hydrogenated the cottonseed oil and found that it resembled LARD (pork fat), they decided to market it as a FOOD and named it CRISCO, shoving this former toxic waste into our mouth.
Vegetable Oils are present in most industrial products such as, salad dressings, sauces, chips, cookies, ready-made dishes⊠Same goes to the Restaurants and Fast Foods where vegetable oils are used as a cheaper option to good quality Oils.
Prefer Nature made fat - Nature doesn't make BAD FATS, food industries do - for cooking such as Saturated Fats which are SOLID at room temperature such as animal fats Chicken fat, Lard (pork fat), Tallow (beef fat), Duck fat, Coconut Oil, Butter, and Ghee.
Contrary to common belief, itâs Vegetable Oils that drive up INFLAMMATION causing Heart disease not Saturated fat and Cholesterol.
Good Oils for salad dressings are COLD PRESSED Olive Oil and Avocado Oil.
Stay away as much as possible from these Vegetable Oils & Margarines - Canola, Becel, Sunflower, Imperial, Soybean, MaĂŻzena, Safflower, Corn, âŠ
If you care for your health, stay knowledgeable about the foods that you put into your body. Beware of false advertisement and always seek for the truth!
