Worrying has never changed a thing… but it can steal your peace. 🤍

So many of us carry silent fears, overthinking every moment, every “what if.”
Like a soft song that plays in the background — sometimes comforting, sometimes heavy — our thoughts can shape how we feel more than reality itself.

Take a breath.
