Looking for a meaningful way to reward an exceptional woman on your team? This is it.

We have just a couple of spots left for Reset & Thrive at Canyon Ranch Lenox, and it is the perfect opportunity for a company to recognize a woman who has gone above and beyond.

The employee who smashed her sales targets.
The assistant or executive support person who holds everything together.
The rising leader who has delivered all year.
The woman on your team who deserves to be poured back into for a change.

Instead of another gift card, bonus item or traditional corporate reward, give her something she will actually remember: personal development, restoration and a beautiful weekend away in the Berkshire Mountains.

Reset & Thrive is an intimate women’s retreat designed to help women step away from the noise, reconnect with themselves and return feeling clearer, energized and renewed.

The experience includes wellness, movement, reflection, meaningful conversation, personal growth and plenty of time to enjoy everything Canyon Ranch has to offer.

It’s a powerful way to say:

We see you. We value what you bring to this company. You’ve earned this.

📍 Canyon Ranch Lenox, Massachusetts
📅 October 15–18

We have a couple of spots remaining.

I love my coaching practice.

I love showing women the avenues that already exist in front of them, helping them see possibilities they may not be able to see for themselves yet, and then coaching them on how to actually move toward that next chapter.

Sometimes the vision is already there.

What’s missing is the roadmap.
The accountability.
The strategy.
The hand-holding.
And sometimes, simply the permission to believe that you are allowed to want more for your life.

That’s the work I love.

Helping women tap into what they want, get clear on what’s next, and begin building a career and life that feels more aligned, expansive, and fully theirs.

If you’re questioning what comes next, wondering what you could build, navigating a career transition, going after a promotion, ending one chapter, or beginning an entirely new one, reach out.

Sometimes you don’t need to have the whole path figured out.

You just need someone to help you see the next few steps.

And then start walking. 💗

Self-care matters. I believe deeply in the power of movement, meditation, coaching, rest, boundaries and taking intentional care of ourselves.

But self-care was never meant to become another product we buy to help us tolerate an unsustainable life.

A yoga class can help regulate your nervous system. Meditation can help you respond differently to stress. Coaching can help you see what needs to change.

These tools are powerful.

But they work best when we also ask the bigger questions:
What is draining me?
What am I carrying that isn’t mine to carry?
Where do I need more support?
What boundary needs to change?
What in my life has simply become too much?

And this is where we have to call out the bigger picture too.

We need workplaces that stop rewarding constant availability and chronic overwork. We need more men sharing the invisible mental load at home, not simply “helping” with it. We need to retire the outdated belief that hustle is the price of success, that exhaustion is a badge of honour, and that women should somehow be able to work, parent, manage the home, care for everyone else and still make it all look effortless.

Some of the rules we’ve inherited are simply outdated.

That’s the distinction for me.

Self-care isn’t about pretending the pressure isn’t there. It’s about giving ourselves the tools, awareness and support to respond to it differently, while also being willing to challenge the conditions creating the exhaustion in the first place.

That’s what I mean by ‘Self-Care, Redefined.’

I’d love your thoughts. I’d love to have a discussion.👇🏼

What worked for you at 25 may not be what you need at 45. And the way you care for yourself at 50 may look completely different again at 65.

That’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

We talk about self-care as though it’s one fixed formula. Exercise. Sleep. Eat well. Set boundaries. But our bodies change. Our responsibilities change. Our energy changes. Our priorities change. So why wouldn’t our self-care change too?

This week’s Monday blog article is about Self-Care for Every Stage of Womanhood, from building the foundation in our 20s, to protecting our energy in our 30s, listening to the signals in our 40s, working with our bodies in our 50s, and supporting vitality, independence and meaning in the decades beyond.

And for those of us raising sons and daughters, there’s another piece to this conversation: teaching them much earlier what many of us had to learn the hard way:
Self-care isn’t something you earn once you’re exhausted. It’s a life skill.

I'd love to know, what does taking care of yourself look like in the season of life you’re in right now?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how the way we care for ourselves has to change as we change. What worked for us at 25 may not work at 45. What energized us when our children were little may exhaust us once we’re navigating midlife, aging parents, career changes, hormonal shifts, or simply...

There is so much in life we cannot control.

Other people’s opinions.
How they behave.
What happened yesterday.
What might happen tomorrow.
The pace of time.
The unexpected curveballs life throws our way.

But there is also so much that IS still ours.

How we speak to ourselves. How we care for ourselves. The boundaries we set. The energy we protect. The people we choose to spend our time with. The way we respond instead of react.

After almost 20 years of teaching self-care, burnout prevention and well-being, I keep coming back to this: peace often begins when we stop spending our energy trying to control what was never ours to control.

Put that energy back where it belongs. Into YOU. ❤️

Your choices. Your attitude. Your boundaries. Your self-care. Your next move.

That circle in the middle? That’s where your power lives.

Save this one for the days when you need the reminder. 💛

For over 15 years, I’ve been doing the work of helping people create more balance, prevent burnout and build lives and careers that actually feel as good as they look.

And over those years, one thing has become very clear to me:

Self-care isn’t separate from success. Self-care FUELS your success.

That belief is the foundation of my work and the heart of my Thrive360™ Method.

After nearly two decades of coaching, speaking, teaching and working with people navigating the realities of busy lives and demanding careers, I’ve distilled my approach into four essential pillars:

🧠 MINDSET — How you think, respond, recover and build resilience.

🧘‍♀️ BODY — How you care for the body that carries you through all of it.

⏰ TIME — How you protect your priorities, energy and most valuable resource.

✨ TRANSFORMATION — How you turn what you know into sustainable habits and lasting change.

This is the entire framework of my digital course http://BusyToBliss.com, this is the framework of my life & career coaching, and this is the framework of my keynote speaking.

This is my secret sauce. 🫙

Because burnout prevention isn’t about one meditation, one yoga class or one day off.

It’s about looking at the whole person.

When mindset, body, time and transformation work together, we don’t just feel better.

We work better. We lead better. We perform better. We live better.

And as we head into a very busy fall, this conversation has never felt more important.

If your organization is planning a fall conference, leadership meeting, employee wellness event or corporate gathering and you’re looking for a keynote speaker who can bring wellbeing, work-life balance and burnout prevention to your people in a practical, energizing and actionable way, I’d love to connect.

My goal isn’t to tell people to slow down.

It’s to teach them how to thrive without burning out.

That’s Thrive360™. And it’s the foundation of everything I teach.
