💫SLEEP MORE!! WEIGHTED SWADDLE⁠ GIVEAWAY!! 🎉🎉

I cannot tell you how much this weighted swaddle was worth every penny (but I will try!)⁠

So... I don't like to be all "doom and gloom" when I share about health & wellness. Being scared into being healthy isn't always the way to go BUT I am also really passionate about educating - especially when it comes to the added ingredients in our foods and products.

Last week my mom sent me this article about cough syrup that has been causing people to actually get GLAUCOMA!! Like what!? People just assumed it was part of their sinus infections they were using the medicine for, when it was actually making the problem worse!!

I’ve had a number of messages since my post yesterday, so I wanted to follow up with this post 😘

WHY YOUNG LIVING?

So you’ve convinced me on oils but why Young Living? Can’t I just buy them at ______?

Not all oils are created equally. Labelling laws leave a lot of space for companies to add synthetic or natural fillers to stretch the product further without saying so.

It’s like having a glass of orange juice, adding 90% water & saying, hey it’s 100% pure orange juice!!

If a company is a lot cheaper, they’re cutting costs somewhere. Whether in the distillation practice or testing, some brands even have pesticides.

YL submits their oils to AirRaise for third party testing & have labs at each farm.

Almost three years ago I was pregnant with Owen. I had a sore throat and a lower back pain, and not much I could do or take for it because .

My sister in law said, hey I have my oils with me... and I had ZERO clue what they were like.

But a little Thieves and Panaway later and I was BETTER. My back wasn’t throbbing and I woke up with my sore throat gone.

That’s when I knew these little bottles of plant juice really worked. Not to mention they smelled amazing.

A huge thank you to .b who co-hosted our last Summer Soiree meetup with me last night!!!!!
