Dealing with strong feelings such as anger, fear, sadness, loneliness or uncertainty can be difficult alone. I use a caring, non-judgemental approach to help my
clients discover the meaning of their emotions and behaviour and to better understand themselves. My goal is to work together with my clients to make sense of their experiences and increase their well-being as they move forward in life.
Now that the summer season is here I have a few more spaces available during the week for new clients. 😊
