We found these words through 💎
An excerpt below from the original post by

“Love wants to express itself in so many unique and exquisite ways.
It yearns to shows itself in these micro-moments, moments we can easily overlook when we feel lost in a sea of to-do’s and obligations.
It can be hard to see another’s effort and offering of love when it feels so different than the way we might express love.

It might be especially hard to see it and perhaps feel it when we are consumed with managing the endless transitions we’ve had to make during this pandemic.”

So much of this post by resonates with us because of how it leans into non-violent and empathetic communication.

Here are the words from the original post:

Holding space means being fully present, creating safety & comfort for someone else to feel however they feel without judgement or shame.

yogah = yoga; the state of union of the body, breath and mind
citta = mind
