Posturepro teaches a cutting-edge system to healthcare professionals and offers an ultra-fast approach for getting out of pain, optimizing your health, and maximizing your athletic performance. http://bit.ly/2PvGC0j

Research shows how postural imbalances can be major factors in pain, tightness

, and injuries that are associated with joints and muscles. Your body wants to move easily through space so it can conserve energy, postural imbalances work against this. The Posturepro Method is a technique that stimulates specific areas of the body in order to activate the brain and restore optimal communication between the nervous system and the muscles. Neuroscientists have identified key sensory receptors responsible for the way the brain organizes posture information. For example:
• the skin of the feet tell the brain where the body is on the ground;
• the eye muscles telegraph the position of the head to the brain. When your feet are uneven on the ground, your body compensates creating an imbalance in the rest of your body. Similarly, asymmetrical eye tracking can result in head and shoulder tilt as your brain attempts to keep the eyes on a level plane. Sensory imbalances cause postural alignment issues, which can lead to pain symptoms and conditions, instability, and weakened performance. The Posturepro Method Program is designed to provide you education in the field of 'neuro-mechanics'. It is the most advanced evaluation and treatment system for correcting postural imbalances, improving performance, and targeting pain, instability, and strength. It provides practitioners with the tools and knowledge to address and prevent a wide variety of conditions. Who needs this Program? Any health care and/or fitness professional that is seeking to obtain long-lasting results with their clients or patients can benefit from adding the Posturepro Method to their practices. The Posturepro Method can enrich your profession and improve the outcomes of treatments. By bringing the body to an optimal alignment, strength increases, energy levels improve, and daily performance is optimized. Strength gains up to 5.1% can be seen in elite athletes just in one consultation. Since Posturepro Method targets the central nervous system, impressive results can be seen with neurological conditions, most especially in regards to stability, gait patterns and pain. Who should take the PPM? This program is designed for any practitioner that treats or manages pain associated with injuries and conditions, trains athletes, or work with clients looking to increase their strength or overall performance. The Posturepro Method allows the practitioner to look at the body as a whole; therefore, any practitioner that works on improving the functionality of the body could benefit from incorporating our techniques into their clients’ protocols.

What if your posture keeps changing because your bite keeps changing the signal to your brain?

One study found that dental occlusion can influence posture, balance, and muscle tone, which means your teeth are not just about chewing.

When your bite is uneven, your jaw shifts, your head adapts, your neck compensates, and the rest of your body follows.

So the solution is not chasing your spine or stretching the tight side.

You have to retrain the loop.

Start with the feet so your brain reads the ground clearly.

Then work on the tongue and jaw so the head can stabilize properly.

That is exactly why the Fix My Posture Bundle combines Therapeutic Insoles with jaw and tongue retraining.

Fix the signal, and posture finally stops feeling forced.

Overbites, underbites, open bites, crowding, spacing. Most people think these problems start with the teeth. They don't.

Your tongue is the structure that shapes the upper jaw. When it rests low in the mouth, the jaw can develop narrower and less stable, creating the conditions for many of the bite problems you see here.

The solution is simple: correct your tongue posture.

Your tongue should rest against the roof of your mouth, your lips should stay closed, and breathing should happen through your nose whenever possible.

Good tongue posture supports better jaw development, improved facial balance, better nasal breathing, increased oral stability, and healthier bite relationships.

The best part? You're not forcing your teeth into position. You're addressing the structure that influences them.

Want to learn how to train proper tongue posture and support natural jaw development?

Check out the Functional Activator It helps train the tongue to rest where it was designed to be, on the roof of the mouth, supporting better breathing, better oral posture, and healthier jaw function over time. 👇

The way your teeth meet changes how your jaw sits, how your head balances, and how your spine organizes itself underneath.

If the bite is off, the body often compensates through the neck, shoulders, pelvis, and feet to keep you upright.

That is why dental work, jaw tension, veneers, or orthodontics can sometimes change the way you stand, walk, or hold tension.

But the fix is not only in the mouth.

You also have to stabilize the first point of contact with the ground: the feet.

The Fix My Posture Bundle connects both ends of the system, using Therapeutic Insoles to retrain sensory input from the feet and the Functional Activator to retrain tongue, jaw, head, and neck coordination.

When the top and bottom of the chain are addressed together, the body has a better chance to release compensation instead of constantly recreating it.

The jaw and pelvic floor are two openings of the same stabilizing chain.

When the jaw is tight, the tongue sits low, or the bite is unstable, the head does not stack the same way over the spine.

That changes how you breathe, how the diaphragm moves, how pressure builds through the core, and how much tension the pelvic floor has to hold.

This is why pelvic floor tension is not always a pelvic floor problem.

Sometimes the pelvis is bracing because the body is trying to stabilize what the jaw, tongue, and head are not organizing well.

Working only on the pelvis, hips, or core can help temporarily, but it can miss the signal coming from above.

The body stabilizes through pressure, breath, muscle tone, and gravity, not through isolated parts.

The Fix My Posture Bundle works from the top through the jaw and tongue, and from the bottom through the feet, so the nervous system receives better input from both ends of the chain 👇https://posturepro.co/products/fix-my-posture-bundle?ch=fb

Better input helps the body stop repeating the same compensation.

Your face isn’t asymmetrical because of genetics

It’s shaped by tongue pressure.

The bones of your face develop around the pressure your tongue applies to your palate and which direction that pressure comes from.

Balanced pressure = even facial structure, jaw centered, face symmetrical.
Asymmetrical pressure = one cheekbone higher, one side of the jaw fuller, one eye slightly lower.

Forward pressure = chin projects forward, jawline defined.
Back pressure = jaw recedes, face elongates downward.
Here’s what nobody explains:
You can’t consciously fix this. Not long-term.

What your tongue does is automatic. It runs on its own, all day, all night below conscious awareness.

Which means 10 minutes of tongue exercises a day changes nothing structurally, because the other 23 hours and 50 minutes, that automatic pattern runs uncorrected.

You swallow 2,000 times a day. Every single swallow either builds symmetry or asymmetry

The only thing that changes what your body does automatically is something that works unconsciously, while you sleep, during every one of those 2,000 swallows.

That’s what the Functional Activator does. Link in bio. ☝️

If your tongue sits low in your mouth, it changes the way your face develops and how your body holds itself.

A low tongue posture leads to a narrower palate, a weaker jawline, and a forward head position.

This doesn’t just affect facial structure it alters breathing, muscle tension, and even spinal alignment.

Your tongue is meant to rest against the roof of your mouth, applying gentle pressure to keep your palate wide and your airway open.

When this doesn’t happen, your body compensates.

Your head shifts forward, your muscles work harder to keep you upright, and your posture suffers over time.

Mewing alone for a few minutes a day isn’t enough to correct years of improper tongue posture.

Real change comes from retraining your tongue’s resting position and swallowing mechanics.

The way your tongue interacts with your palate influences everything from jaw development to how your body moves and stabilizes itself.

By addressing tongue posture properly, you’re not just improving aesthetics, you’re optimizing your breathing, reducing tension, and supporting better posture from the inside out.

In addition to this, a Functional Activator is a great tool that can be used to improve posture through tongue positioning 👉 https://posturepro.co/products/functional-activator?ch=fb

Look at your feet. They are not just touching the ground. They are controlling your posture.

Every step you take sends information to your brain. If that information is distorted, your brain reorganizes your entire body to keep you upright.

That is why posture problems never start at the shoulders, hips, or spine. They start at the feet.

A collapsed arch forces your hip to drop forward. A rigid or high arch shifts weight outward. From there, your pelvis rotates, your spine twists, and your shoulders adapt just to keep your head level.

These are not isolated issues. This is one system compensating from the ground up.

Stretching does not fix this. Strengthening does not fix this. Your nervous system is protecting you from instability.

The solution is retraining proprioception so your brain receives clear signals again.

And that is why we created Therapeutic Insoles to give your feet better contact with the ground, so every step can feel more stable, connected, and supported. https://posturepro.co/products/therapeutic-insoles?ch=fb-insoles-may29

Posture is the silent stressor on the entire body.

Most people think posture is only about standing straight or pulling the shoulders back, but it goes much deeper than that. Your posture is how your body organizes itself against gravity every second of the day. When that organization is off, the stress does not stay in one place. It spreads through the entire system.

Poor posture changes how your bones absorb pressure, how your muscles hold tension, how your joints move, how your nerves communicate, and how your brain controls balance. Over time, the body begins to adapt to the position you live in most. If you are constantly forward, compressed, rotated, or collapsed, your tissues start to remodel around that pattern.

This is why posture affects so much more than appearance. It can influence tightness, weakness, joint wear, stiffness, nerve irritation, blood flow, breathing, balance, energy, and even how clearly your brain receives information from the body.

Your brain and body are always in a loop. The brain receives sensory feedback from the body, decides where you are in space, then sends signals back to your muscles to keep you upright. When posture is poor, that feedback loop becomes less efficient. The body has to work harder just to stand, walk, breathe, and move.

So when we talk about improving posture, we are not just talking about looking taller. We are talking about reducing unnecessary stress on the entire body.

Because everything is connected.

Your posture is not one body part.

Your posture is the foundation of how your body handles life, movement, and gravity.

There's one thing that breaks this cycle and it's not what you'd expect. Comment 👉 POSTURE and I'll send it to you.

Most people think jaw tension is just stress. They couldn't be more wrong. Your clenched jaw is systematically destroying your breathing, wrecking your posture, and creating a cascade of problems throughout your entire body that almost nobody—including most healthcare professionals—understands the connection to.

This isn't about grinding your teeth at night or doing a few jaw stretches. This is about a neurological highway that connects your masseter muscle, your diaphragm, and your pelvic floor in ways that will completely change how you think about posture, breathing, and whole-body health.
