A souvenir of the event at in Colorado last fall.
Here we are switching from a movement that is led by the hands to the shoulder and from the shoulder to the end.
Trying to keep a certain quality of movement, keep the transmission of the movement from one articulation to another (sequential motion).
A beautiful perspective from .
It takes time to get over the judgmental thought of being watched by someone else, being vulnerable to try something and risking being seen as someone who knows nothing about what he is doing.
But the reward is an open-hearted discussion with everyone else who was able to do this big step and experience it.
We are all the same in front of our fear, and the beautiful thing is that we are able to support each other in this process, we are together and you are not alone.
Movement can be seen from so many different points of view, and allowing yourself to try another one is something very important if you want to keep being surprised by what your body, your mind, and other people can offer you.
