At the end of the day, through all the twists and turns of life, all the efforts, all the regrets, all the trying and the letting go… what truly matters is love. Love we give, love we feel, love that stays. Love that softens the hard moments, love that lights the quiet ones. Love that reminds us we are enough, just as we are. Love that flows, even when life doesn’t. And in that love, we find home, peace, and everything we were ever searching for. I hope we all feel it, today and always.

آخر این داستان، آخر این همه پیچ‌و‌خم زندگی ، تلاش‌هامون ، حسرت ها، پشیمونی‌ها… آخر این سفر، چیزی که واقعاً می‌مونه، عشقه.
عشقی که به خودمون و بقیه میدیم، عشقی که با تموم سلول هامون حس می‌کنیم و عشقی که برای همیشه تو دلمون می‌مونه.
امیدوارم دل هامون گشوده باشه برای دریافت و بخشش این عشق 💛.

I don’t normally use dumbbells or weights for my upper body practices, it’s just yoga and my body weight. Personally, I’ve seen the change with these flows. Save and practice these shoulder and upper body movements, and feel the difference yourself. 🥰

من برای تمرینات بالاتنه از وزنه یا دمبل استفاده نمی‌کنم، (یا خیلی کم) فقط یوگا روتین منه، و شخصا با این تمرینات تغییر رو توی بدن و عضله هان حس کردم، این فلوها رو ذخیره و تمرین کن. روزت عالی باشه 🥰

Je utilise rarement poids ou haltère pour le haut du corps, juste mon poids. J’ai vraiment senti la différence avec ces flows, sauvegarde et pratique-les !
