What is this spot on my skin?
A mole. A red dot. A skin tag. A rough patch.
Most changes are harmless — but some deserve attention.
As a massage therapist, I often see areas clients can’t easily check themselves: back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs.
I do not diagnose, but if I notice something unusual during your session, I will gently let you know so you can follow up with a doctor or dermatologist.
Summer sun is here. Please check your skin, watch for changes, and don’t ignore spots that grow, bleed, itch, change colour, or don’t heal.
