It is Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week & May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It's a time to raise awareness, break the stigma, and turn inward with self-compassion.

The three core elements of self-compassion: self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness—encourage us to treat ourselves with the same kindness, understanding, and acceptance that we would offer a close friend. Self-compassion works because it transforms the way we relate to ourselves, especially when we're suffering.

🧹☘️ Spring Cleaning for the Mind & Heart 🌱🧘‍♀️

Join Megan ( ) and I in a half-day live-online meditation retreat based in Mindful Self Compassion practices. You can expect a mix of mindfulness practices with self-compassion meditations and exercises.

Beginners are MOST welcome - this is designed to be an approachable retreat for all levels. You can expect:

🌼 Alternating movement with more still practices (in lying or sitting)
🌺 Guidance from Megan & Cassi every step of the way (spoiler alert - silent retreat does NOT mean your facilitators are silent!)
💐 Meditations, mindful movement, nature appreciation & poetry
