Watching Natalie Stovall perform with Keith Urban while "insanely pregnant" was one of my favourite moments of the concert.

As a perinatal therapist, I hear women ask:

"Can I still run? Dance? Hike? Lift weights?"

But what they're often asking is:

"Will becoming a mother mean losing myself?"

The transition into motherhood asks us to become more—not less—of ourselves.

Seeing Natalie on that stage was a beautiful reminder of that.

You were never the problem. The information was. 🌿

I'm hosting a FREE live masterclass this Thursday, May 7th at 8pm NL — and I want you there.

We're covering everything you actually need to know about perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy. No fear. No fluff. Just evidence.

Here's what we'll cover:
→ What's really happening in your body right now
→ The truth about hormone therapy (and why the fear is outdated)
→ How to know if you're a candidate
→ The myths we're finally putting to rest

This is for you if you've ever been told your symptoms are "just stress" or "just your age."

They weren't wrong. You were failed. And Thursday night, we fix that.

✅ Virtual — join from anywhere.
✅ All women welcome

World Prematurity Day 💜

Prematurity isn’t just early birth — it’s stepping into a world you never expected.
A world of monitors, alarms, tiny diapers, and days that feel impossibly long.

It’s loving your baby fiercely… while feeling scared to breathe.

It’s the ache of going home without them.
It’s celebrating grams gained, stable oxygen, and the tiny milestones others might overlook.

And sometimes, the connection you hoped for doesn’t come right away — and that’s okay. Love and bonding can grow quietly, slowly, on your own timeline.

If this is where you are, or where you’ve been, you are not alone.
Your emotions — every single one — are real and valid.

Today, we see you: your strength, your softness, your courage.

One day, one hour, one breath at a time. 💜

Feeling so grateful to have helped create a space for women to gather, share, and build a sense of community around a conversation that is still often silent—menopause. Meeting these incredible women and hearing their stories reminded me just how important it is to have more spaces like this, where experiences are honored, connections are made, and support is found together.

No one really talks about how pregnancy can be both magical and messy.
You can feel excited one moment and completely overwhelmed the next — and that’s normal.

Social media often shows only the glowing parts, but real pregnancy is full of contradictions: joy, fear, love, exhaustion, hope, and uncertainty.

You don’t have to match anyone else’s timeline, mood, or Instagram feed.
You just have to be real.

Every version of you in this journey deserves kindness. 🫶

Not all postpartum struggles are the same - let’s talk about what you’re feeling and why it matters.

✨ Is it PPD, PPA, or POCD? ✨
Perinatal mental health challenges can look different for every parent. While postpartum depression is more widely recognized, many also experience perinatal anxiety or perinatal OCD—and each one is temporary, treatable, and deserves support. 💙

This OCD Awareness Week, let’s break the stigma and raise awareness about perinatal OCD—marked by intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and hypervigilance—that can feel overwhelming but is treatable with the right help.

You are not alone. Healing is possible. 🌸
