Seeing a lot of the same problem lately with trades and owner-operator websites: they look fine, and they don't book jobs.
Here's the test I'd run on your own site right now. Pull it up on your phone, on your cellular data, not office Wi-Fi. Time how long it takes to load. If it's more than a couple seconds, that's a customer gone before they even see what you offer.
Same goes for booking. If someone has to hunt for a phone number or fill out a five-field form before they can request an estimate, they're not doing it. They're calling the next name on the list.
And check your Google Business Profile. Wrong hours, missing service areas, or an old phone number will quietly cost you jobs you never even know you lost.
None of this needs a full site rebuild to fix. It needs someone to actually check.
Two free tools to check it yourself: Google PageSpeed Insights for load speed, and your own Google Business Profile for accuracy. ree scan at Oscker
