This will eventually be blended Roasted Tomato and Basil soup made from scratch and the guilt of being a busy mom who is not great at cooking. I’m documenting this so that when I feel super sh*tty, I can look back and say “Well, at least I made that soup once” 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
